Keeping your eyes healthy

Sit 20 to 26 inches away from the screen with the centre about 4 to 6 inches. below your eyes your should be looking slightly downward. Tilt your computer screen. The to should be slightly farther away then the bottom.  Make sure you are using the right  brightness and contrast so you don't have to strain to see clearly. For extended reading, change your monitor settings to reflective lighting scheme.
